1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons filtered lemon juice
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon rum punch
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherry
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon with baking spices
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, orange vermouth, lemon grated and maraschino cherry. Pour into a large bowl, dust with crushed red pepper, garnish with ground cloves. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.
