1 (4 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 green onions, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 (1 ounce) package ranch-style dressing mix
2 large onions, sliced
Mix diced tomatoes, oil, garlic, and jalapeno pepper in a bowl. Rub onions with tomato mixture. Serve wrapped in aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
