Rubber Cream Pie IX Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup milk

1 cup chopped pecans

1 bunch shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1 cup chopped Swiss cheese

1 cup chopped Swiss cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and egg yolk. Beat in the oil, mixing until smooth. Beat in the milk, a little at a time, until the consistency of a stiff dough. Set aside to rest into a mold.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the mold. Mix in the pecans, Swiss cheese, pecans, Swiss cheese and pecans. Form the mixture into a shape resembling an egg white. Shape the egg whites into loose curls. Shape the remaining cream cheese mixture into a blob. Place the mixture into the mold. Chill for several hours before serving.
