1 (16 ounce) package Italian pizza sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons dried red chile pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a saucepan, combine pizza sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, horseradish, chili sauce and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour, or until the mixture is thickened and has a pleasant, lukewarm smell.
