5 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O
4 cups concentrated strawberry juice concentrate
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 gallon strawberries, hulled and sliced
In a medium bowl, mix gelatin, strawberry juice concentrate, and whipped topping. Stir gently, and refrigerate until set along side in pudding.
Dab gelatin mixture onto cooled strawberries in small batches until smooth. Pour filling into prepared serving dishes. Chill until set. Serve with pie crusts or ice cream.
