1 (12 ounce) package glass packages Ranch-style ranch dressing mix
1 (10 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 (10 ounce) package ground turkey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix and mushrooms. Place 1/2 of mushroom on each disc of a bread bowl; press and distribute evenly on perfectly baked rolls.
Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven and brush with melted butter or margarine. Top with 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
Bake 30 minutes; remove from oven and brush again with melted margarine. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
