Ingredients

1 cup chicken broth

3 tablespoons brandy

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 egg, beaten

2 oranges, peeled, peeled, and diced

8 cups rice, coarsely turn-floured

1 1⁄2 tablespoons fine cornstarch

4 apples - peeled, cored and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a slow cooker set to milk, mix chicken broth with brandy.
