2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups celery, diced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Melt cream cheese. Stir in onion and celery; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Toss in paprika and parsley.
