2/3 cup cream sherry
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white grape juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons raisins
2 cups fresh strawberries
Claire & I both used to have a drink for breakfast each morning. It was a big gin and tonic for breakfast over hot coffee! I used to shake it with three shots to brighten the iron; now I just shake with me, my hands and anything messy - a funnel or a skewer. I've added a little strawberry to brighten it up a little now, and will keep doing that until it's as bright as my espresso maker.
