1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup quick-cooking sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together water, oil, salt, flour, and sugar. Cut in egg until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in vanilla and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in oats, raisins, and nuts. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
