1 pound ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
3 tablespoons mustard powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, sausage, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, sage, dill, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
