2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
3 cans Italian-style diced green bell peppers, drained
1 (3 ounce) package instant Italian-style dough seasoning mix
1/4 cup melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, diced tomato, bell peppers and Italian-style dried yeast dough. Mix well.
Place 1/4 cup mixture in the center of each cookie sheet, about 1 inch from the edges. Brush top with melted margarine, sealing the edges completely.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Continue to warm cookie sheets as needed.
