1 pound ground sausages
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package dry biscuit mix
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon McCormick seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, milk, biscuit mix, horseradish, salt, pepper, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Spread 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet. Brush mixture with lemon pepper and sage mustard.
Bake in preheated oven until piping hot, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve hot or cold.
