3 tablespoons butter
3 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together butter, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, wine, flour, cheese, lemon, paprika and parsley. Form mixture into 1 inch balls or patties. Place on a large serving platter.
