1 Turkish tenderloin - baked, skinless, boneless, and cut into bite-size pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup extra lean beef broth
3 liters Italian-style tomato paste
2 teaspoons butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Puree the Italian-style tomato paste, milk, butter and seasoning. Place tenderloin, skinless, in a casserole dish.
Bake until browned and tender, about 15 minutes.
