1 (12 ounce) package Marshmallow Fluff
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or liners.
In a large bowl, mix marshmallow fluff, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Fold in vegetable oil, corn syrup, buttermilk, vegetable oil, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups or liners.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool completely. Remove muffins from pans. Serve warm.
