1 pound skinless skin chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup melted butter
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons hot water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken cubes in a shallow baking dish and add the melted butter, egg whites, and hot water. Place chicken in a large, rack-type casserole dish. Turn chicken cubes about halfway through baking and sprinkle with salt. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
