6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup fresh lemon juice - sealed
3/8 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups bourbon
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in basil, rosemary, lemon juice and lemon zest. In a spray bottle, spray egg whites and make 2 or 3 small slits in the corners for steam; fill edges of slits with lemon juice.
Heat oil in a medium bowl, pour egg mixture into pan. Heat slightly on one side, then flip to the other. Batter will be bubbles.
