1 green apple
2 limes, quartered
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Place apples in a medium resealable plastic bag, and combine with the orange limes, onion, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Cut into squares or round into 12 wedges.
