2 cups chocolate ice cream
1 cup white creme de menthe liqueur
1 cup coffee liqueur
1 (2 ounce) can sliced almonds
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a blender or food processor, combine chocolate ice cream, creme de menthe liqueur, coffee liqueur, almonds, butter, and vanilla extract. Blend to desired consistency. Pour into 2 small glasses. Serve in an ice cream cone shape.
