3 pounds mushrooms, sliced
1 (6 ounce) package Mount Prospect Hungarian Cabbage - Rubbed Sliced
2 (8 ounce) containers dry onion soup mix
1 quart milk
Place mushrooms in a medium saucepan. Cover pan with foil and place over low heat. Bring saucepan to a boil over medium heat.
Stir in cabbage and cheese while stirring. Coverpan and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and cheese is golden brown.
