1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 teaspoon mustard oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 onion, sliced
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, liquid smoke, mustard oil and chicken broth to form a smooth sauce.
Return finished product to the refrigerator to chill until set. Fold chicken into sauce a small amount, before serving.
