1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups Italian-style salad dressing
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup whole shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl combine spinach, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. Mix well and season with vinegar. Place shrimp, parsley, bay leaves and salt and pepper over a large bowl in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat.
