1 (18 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup lemon flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups white sugar
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix boiling water with lemon flavored gelatin. Mix thoroughly and pour into a large bowl.
Pour lemon flavored gelatin into 1-1/2 cup baking dish; fill and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream and sugar; carefully pour mixture into baking dish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely.
