1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 (16 ounce) can sliced strawberries
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, strawberries, pineapple and strawberries. Place pan in the freezer.
Prepare the cookie mix according to package directions.
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the orange juice mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
