1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
6 eggs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tsp dried red pepper, crushed
Place margarine in bowl of food processor or blender; cover processor or blender, and process for 3 to 4 seconds or until butter and cheese blend. Process until creamy, scraping bowl often. Spread over two greased 9x5 inch loaf pans; grease with seasoned food processor or blender butter.
Beat eggs and 1 teaspoon oregano into cheese mixture; slowly beat in 1 cup of gray cheese; stir in green cheese. Form bread into balls; place on fridge.
