1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sliced Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, stir together the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, then fold in the brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, salt and flour. Stir in milk, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cheese, and butter. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
