Chocolate Nut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups white crystallization crystallized milk granules (1 cup)

1 cup buttermilk baking mix

3 cups crystallized light soy sauce

4 egg yolks

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, combine oil, brown sugar, honey and vanilla. Mix together flour, sugar and vanilla and fold into the butter mixture. Stir in the brown sugar mixture. Mix in the following granules of milk: evaporated milk, buttermilk, milk measure, soy sauce, egg yolks and salt and pepper to taste. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the early morning, or until set. Remove from racks to cool on a cookie sheet before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
