1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Layer the cottage cheese and cream cheese in the bottom of a medium baking dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms, then top with cottage cheese and mushroom mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
