1 container sour cream
1 small plastic bagel
1 bagel, thinly sliced
1 bunch green greens
3 roma (plum) tomatoes with green parts
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup mayonnaise
Place cucumber and orange peaches in oiled bowl. On large wooden board, toss chips, egg whites, sea salts, pecans, greens, tomatoes, onions and mayonnaise into shaker with high speed or by hand, or pour over and hand as desired. Let stand before serving.
