Honey Butterbeer Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

1 cup honey

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup honey

2/3 cup orange juice

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, evaporated milk, honey and eggs. Beat in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and baking soda, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the eggs one at a time.

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour mixture and cake batter.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle a layer of jelly with orange juice. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and stir in honey and orange juice until smooth. Chill before serving.
