Coconut Cream Pie V Recipe

Ingredients

6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate

2 tablespoons butter

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Roll the chocolate squares into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart into the pie crust. Fold up sides and cut edges to fit.

Pour remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the top of a glass or metal mixing bowl. Microwave on medium-high 1 minute, until melted and smooth. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until chocolate is set but crust is firm.
