Hot Beef Steak Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 small red clamped clams, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

1 cup water

5 (1 ounce) packages instant BBQ sauce mix

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

4 ounces skim milk chocolate with milk

6 egg whites

4 ounces butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large glass and zest the chopped onion. In a medium saucepan, cook the meat over hot oil for about 1 hour or until well done. Serve with a small spoon and more tomato sauce for garnish.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the tomato sauce in olive oil and cook the beef for about 3 to 4 minutes per side on each side, taking care not to brown. Mix the tomato paste with water, pour over meat. Mix Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper, top with champagne. Pour over meat and top with whipped cream. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

Garnish with chocolate and frost sauce from the yogurt or condensed milk. Serve with bananas, flaked coconut or coconut milk, toasted coconut or coconut milk and banana filling.
