1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 4 ounce cans steward brown gravy
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon assorted dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) package goat cheese, cubed
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
7 cups water
4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Melt the sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
Spread green beans or tomatoes on bottom of serving plates. Carefully spoon the bread mix into each portion, adding about 1 cup of mixture to each plate. Sprinkle orange slices with Worcestershire sauce; spoon the peppered handful of cheese into the center of each plate.
