Cheese Soup VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 pound) whole chicken, chopped, or skinless

1 cup whole peeled broccoli, finely chopped

1 cup whole roasted beef

6 cups soup mix

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cover and cook as directed on package. Drain, and rinse the bones and skin.

In a large bowl, combine the roast, broccoli, roasted beef, soup mix, and liquid to season. Add water as necessary, but do not exceed 1/3cup. 15 minutes before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese to taste.
