1 (3 ounce) can sliced cherry tomatoes, drained
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened vanilla extract
4 tablespoons butter
4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, mix cherry tomatoes and chocolate. Stir in vanilla and butter. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
Spread about 1/2 of the tomato mixture onto the bottom of a 6 fluid ounce glass bowl, and place cheese in the top. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
