1 (5 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
2 tablespoons light oil
3 sauerkraut seeds
1 (12 fluid ounce) can water
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, combine the tuna, onion, and bell pepper. If necessary, add crushed crumbles of spice. one can refrigerate for up to 2 days to blend flavors before serving.
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle to medium-high heat and lightly grease the bottom of the pan.
Pour tomato sauce to the bottom of pan and pour water to cover lower pan. Simmer in preheated oven for 25 minutes and turn over halfway through cooking. Serve hot or cold, warmed as a side dish with the liquid.
