Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless Turkey breast halves

2 cups chopped onion

1/2 cup chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish or roasting pan.

Slice chicken breast side down and place in baking dish. Place chicken on top of chicken breast. Scoop chicken breasts and cut chicken into cubes. Slice green and yellow peppers into 3 - 1-inch slices. Layer the turkey on top of the green peppers, preheated to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Remove chicken and vegetables from baking dish at 180 degrees F (70 degrees C) to keep them from getting hard. Bake an additional 45 minutes for flavor.
