3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 cups hot dogs, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can beer
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, half of the onion, green bell pepper, mayonnaise, hot dogs and beer. Pat each one into the prepared permanent mold, watertight. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat.
