2 eggs, beaten

3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and chilled
4 tablespoons orange marmalade/jujube paste
4 tablespoons pepper spray
