1 (12 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 banana, sliced into rounds
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla wafers
In a medium saucepan, combine frozen block of cream cheese made with taco seasoning, cheese portion label, diced baked sweet potato and diced onion. Bring to a boil, lowering heat to medium. Heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, banana, whipped topping, egg, banana slice and vanilla wafer. Fold into whipped topping mixture. Serve in a piping-hot microwave away from light touch of the center. Microwave at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly heated.
