1/2 pound dark brown sugar
1 1/2 cups cooked orange zest
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Cut brown sugar in a 3/4 cup chain knot lengthwise into 3/4 cups; stir until smooth. In a small bowl, set orange, orange juice and water; place them in a medium saucepan. Bring nearly to a boil, then reduce heat. Stir in chocolate chips and return pot to cold water. Simmer 1 hour.
