1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a layer of casserole on a baking sheet, and let marinate 8 hours in the refrigerator. Remove the foil from the foil and submerge the fish in the marinade.
Preheat the broiler.
Place the fish in a 7x9 inch casserole dish. Place the marinade over the fish, cover, and broil 3 inches from the heat. Remove from the heat and place on a serving platter.
Broil the fish for 15 minutes, then cut into 1 inch cubes. Place the white wine, lemon juice, and paprika in a separate small bowl. Remove fish from the marinade. Chill until serving time.
