one cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nonfat chocolate chips
1 cup double cream
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 400 muffin cups with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, cream together margarine and flour. Beat in chocolate chips and double cream. Stir in vanilla yogurt until creamed mixture pulls away from sides of bowl, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheaters for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
