4 large baking potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons celery salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place potatoes in a baking dish, and pour butter, celery salt, olive oil, and salt over potatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
