Ingredients

2 cups white sugar

5 eggs

1 cup pure coconut

1/2 cup soy milk powder

1 1/8 cups vanilla yogurt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

16 ounces dark chocolate, warmed

Directions

Preheat oven to 190 degrees F (95 degrees C). Butter a pint jar or heavy-duty freezer bag, and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, use eggs, 1 cup sugar and 5 eggs until all fluids lose their substantial early stages. Beat in coconut, soy milk powder, 1 1/8 cups of milk, the yogurt and the vanilla. Combine the pudding and custard in another bowl. Fold ½ of mixture into the custard mixture (uncooked) until well blended. Spread 1 of the leafy top layer of strawberries, evenly over the pudding.
