2 cups beef broth
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 onion, minced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup water
1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
In a 2 quart saucepan over low heat, bring the broth, cream cheese, onion, and tomato to a boil. Stir in water, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 50 to 60 minutes.
