1 package frozen mashed potatoes
1/4 cup margarine, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 (28 ounce) can refried beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Let fries thaw in the oven, then drain.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine potatoes, cream cheese, and beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
