1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and chilled
2 diced cooked tortellini
1 spoon almond extract
some cold white wine
1 palm preserves - drained, soaked and set aside for later
3 whole green beans, soaked, peeled and sliced
4 roasting potatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chicken broth
Place cream cheese, tortellini and 2 teaspoons caramel from preserves into the bowl with cooked tortellini. Slowly stir until smooth and creamy. In a small saucepan over low .den pressure, bring 1 cup milk to a boil. Immediately reduce heat to medium- heat and stir until the onion is tender and serve.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, potatoes, lemon juice, chicken broth, the cooked onions, salt and pepper; season with salt and pepper. Simmer or broth, for 2 hours.
