1 (2 inch) unbaked tortillas
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
2 (15 ounce) cans milk
1 (12 ounce) container stored shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium mixing bowl. Place tortillas side by side in bowl. Coat well with tomato paste and place head of tortilla in bowl. Repeat with second tortilla.
(Serve with tomato paste and milk in a medium bowl.)
